Upgrade your everyday.
Beauty, rest, movement, wellness, and small choices that make life better. Less pressure. More support. Thoughtful improvements that help you feel steady, capable, and at home in your body.
What you enjoy, matters.
Food, culture, comfort, and ritual, without rules or guilt. Choosing what sustains you, what satisfies you, and what makes everyday life feel warmer, richer, and more enjoyable. Savouring fully is its own kind of wisdom.
Find what lights you up.
Travel, curiosity, and experiences that loosen routine and expand perspective. New places, familiar comforts, and moments that invite presence, joy, and a little more aliveness.
You’re allowed to build.
Purpose, income, and work that fits your actual life, not a version of it you’re waiting to inhabit. Building something meaningful doesn’t require burning out or starting over, it’s just deciding to begin.

Hey! Glad you stopped by. Welcome to Curvy as Fork, a place I built because I was tired of waiting for my life to start.
Waiting to feel confident enough.
Waiting to feel ready.
Waiting for my body to change before I gave myself permission to want more.
Travel was the first thing that cracked that open for me. Not because it fixed anything, but because it showed me how much of my life I’d been organizing around my comfort zone. Once I started saying yes to experiences, everything else followed. Food. Movement. Care. Rest. Pleasure. Curiosity. Not as self-improvement projects, but as ways of actually living.
That’s what this space is about.

I’m so glad you stopped by. Welcome to Curvy as Fork, a place I built because I was tired of waiting for my life to start.
Living Well, Without Fixing Anything
Curvy as Fork isn’t here to fix bodies or turn life into a checklist. It’s where we can talk honestly about what it looks like to live well in a larger body, without apologizing for it or turning that into a transformation story. About choosing comfort without shame. About letting joy count. About noticing what actually supports you, and letting go of what doesn’t.
For me, travel sits at the centre, but it’s never just about where you go. It’s about where you stay, how you’re treated, what you eat, how your body feels moving through the world, and whether the experience lets you exhale or asks you to push through.
Here, I share what I’ve tried, what worked, what didn’t, and what made my world feel bigger. Hotels. Experiences. Food. Skincare. Clothes. Movement. Rest. Always through the lens of dignity, pleasure, and curiosity.
If you’ve been waiting to live fully until something about you changes, I’m glad you’re here. You don’t need to fix yourself to want more. You’re allowed to take up space in your own life now.
Have a look around. Stay as long as you like!

I built this tool on years of my own packing tips and tricks — so every list it generates starts from a place of real, hard-won travel experience.
Tell it where you’re going, what you’ll be doing, and answer a few questions about you. It handles the rest.
